Ghanaian defender Baba Rahman scored his fifth goal of the season with a well-placed strike during PAOK’s match against Olympiacos FC in the Greek Super League.
Rahman’s goal came in the 59th minute and served as a consolation for PAOK, who ultimately lost 3-2 in a tightly contested game at Stadio Toumbas. Olympiacos secured their victory with goals from Charalampos Kostoulas, Ayoub El Kaabi, and Gelson Martins, along with an own goal from PAOK’s David Carmo.
The result moved Olympiacos up the league standings, overtaking PAOK, who now sit in fourth place, just one point behind.
Rahman has been in excellent form this season, contributing five goals and one assist—a notable achievement for a left-back. He has opted to focus on his club commitments, sitting out national team duties for now.
