The St Mary’s R/C JHS in the Afigya Kwabre North district has today, Tuesday 21st March, 2023 celebrated the Ghana month in a grand style by promoting Ghanaian rich culture which comprises of our food, dress, dance etc
Ransford Osei who is the boys prefect for the above mention institution explained the purpose of today’s program held in their school.
Mr Gideon Bannor who is the assistant headmaster for St Mary’s R/C JHS said, in this month of March thus called the Ghana month will help promote our culture and it will help us know that, no matter dynamic our culture is we are still one.
We are pleading to our parents to help teach our children our traditional delicacies such as 3t), )g)), fufuo etc so that they can also prepare it themselves and stop choosing fast foods such as fried rice, pizza, shawama etc over our healthy traditional foods.
