Soccer Intellectuals Sporting Club has officially announced their move to the Senya Beraku Astro Turf Park, where they will play all their remaining home games for the 2024/25 Division One League season. This marks a significant change as the club transitions from the Gomoa Fetteh WAFA Astro Turf.

The team is set to host league leaders, Swedru All Blacks United Football Club, in a crucial matchday 12 fixture on Sunday at their new home ground. This move is expected to provide Soccer Intellectuals with a fresh start as they aim to improve their standing in the league.

Soccer Intellectuals SC has a history of moving between venues since joining the Division One League. In their first season, they played at the Ajumako Assassan Park before relocating to Gomoa Fetteh Astro Turf earlier this season. Now, the Senya Beraku Astro Turf will serve as their base for the rest of the campaign.

The decision to relocate is believed to be part of the club’s strategy to enhance performance and better accommodate their growing fanbase. The new venue offers improved facilities and is expected to create a more competitive atmosphere for their home games.

As Soccer Intellectuals SC settles into their new home, fans and players alike are optimistic about the opportunities this change presents. The match against Swedru All Blacks United on Sunday will be their first test at the new venue, with supporters eager to see how the team adapts to their new surroundings.
