Ghanaian actor and musician Agya Koo endorses Kennedy Agyapong as Presidential candidate
Popular Ghanaian actor and musician, Alex Kofi Adu, known as Agya Koo, has publicly endorsed Hon. Kennedy Agyapong as the Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the 2024 elections. In an interview on Angel FM Kumasi, Agya Koo praised Agyapong’s development vision and compared it to that of Dubai, stating that he believes Agyapong can replicate the success of the UAE city in Ghana.
Agya Koo also emphasized that he would never endorse a candidate he does not believe can deliver on their promises, citing his support for President Akufo-Addo’s free SHS policy in the 2016 elections. He urged NPP delegates to vote for Agyapong as their leader, stating that he is the only one capable of putting smiles on the faces of Ghanaians.
