Acting Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality who’s the former District Chief Executive (DCE) for Bia West District of the Western North Region, Hon. John Koah has urged the public especially those in Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality to be mindful of fire safety as they prepare for the Easter celebrations.
Hon. Koah advised the entire Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai citizens to refrain from any act that would pose a fire threat to life and property.
He further explain that, fire safety cautiousness was necessary due to the recording of sporadic fire incidents during such events.
The statement said due to activities involving family gatherings, cooking and merry making, such incidents were highly predictable and that all must be cautious.
Hon. Koah asked the people of Bibiani to ensure there were active fire extinguishers at vantage points at homes and other public places.
He therefore used this opportunity to wished the public especially Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality a happy and fire free Easter celebration.
