The General Overseer of Ogya Nyame Prayer Camp And God Of Fire Ministry, Prophet Ogya Nyame, has reiterated that Easter Festivity is not centered on celebration as portrayed by many across the globe.
According to Prophet Ogya Nyame, Easter festive is meant to recalled the death and resurrection of Christ Jesus as a result of sacrificing himself to save the world from their sins.
He further explain that, Christians must live an exemplary life when marking the Easter season for the whole world to know who Jesus Christ is; for them to change their ways and come to follow him. he stressed.
Prophet Ogya Nyame added that, Easter festival is not meant for enjoyment purposes; likewise what transpires annually in Kwahu.
He told Daily Searchlight Newspaper Correspondent during the Easter Conventions at the church headquarters Ahafo Goaso of the Ahafo Regional Capital.
Furthermore, he used that opportunity to advise the youth in Ahafo region and the entire nation to avoid indulging in immoral acts in this Easter season but should rather use the occasion to show greater love and care for the needy in their communities so as to receive the blessings of God.
He therefore advised drivers transporting passengers across the nation to Easter celebration to drive with care to avoid road crushes.
