Mikel Arteta Hails Thomas Partey’s Impact in Arsenal’s 4-0 Victory Over Everton

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has lauded the performance of Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey in the Gunners’ 4-0 win over Everton at the Emirates Stadium. The 29-year-old was brought on at half time to replace Jorginho, and he delivered a masterful performance that helped Arsenal dominate the second half of the game.

After a shaky start, Arsenal began to improve after 25 minutes, and the timing of the two goals was crucial in the victory. Arteta praised Partey’s presence and stability in the team, which helped the Gunners produce a superb second-half display.

“I’m really happy. We knew it was going to be a difficult game, but Thomas gave us some presence and stability in the team, and I think the second half was superb,” said Arteta after the game.

Partey, who missed two weeks of action in February due to injury, was making only his second appearance for Arsenal since his return.
