The Coaltar District of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana has expressed gratitude to Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for his contribution towards building a legacy centenary anniversary project. Dr. Bawumia is building a classroom block for Kwaboanta JHS in the Ayensuano District, Eastern Region, after pledging his support during the Akuapem Presbytery’s centenary anniversary celebration.
During his visit to inspect the project, Dr. Bawumia was showered with commendations from the Presby Church and the community. The Coaltar District Minister for the Presby Church, Rev. A.L. Odai, expressed his gratitude and said the children of the community were excited about the new facility. The Chief of Kwaboanta also expressed appreciation for the Vice President’s thoughtfulness and generosity towards the Church and the community.
Before inspecting the project, Dr. Bawumia thanked God for giving him the guidance and strength to personally undertake the project. He also commended the Presbyterian Church of Ghana for its immense contributions to the country’s development.
