Vanderpuye resigns from DRIP to chase NDC executive role

Hon. Edwin Nii Lantey Vanderpuye has resigned as National Coordinator of the District Road Improvement Programme (DRIP), saying he is moving to pursue a national executive position within the NDC.

“It has been a great honour and privilege to serve,” he said, thanking President John Dramani Mahama for the opportunity.

He added that the move is to allow him focus on his next political step.

“My resignation is to enable me pursue a National Executive position within our great party,” he stated.

Vanderpuye reaffirmed his loyalty to the party and government, saying, “I remain fully committed to the vision of President Mahama.”
