The Upper East Regional Police Command has arrested two suspects for their alleged involvement in the defilement of a student of Bolgatanga Girls Senior High School (BOGISS) in the Upper East Region.
According to a statement issued by the Ghana Police Service, the two suspects are local security men working in the school.

Police say preliminary investigations revealed their alleged involvement in the incident, which occurred within the school’s premises.
The two suspects are currently in police custody assisting with investigations.
Police have assured the public that investigations are ongoing and that the suspects will be put before court after investigations.
