Report any misconduct of our employees to authorities for immediate reparations – General Manager, Dormaa Presby Hospital
The General Manager of the Dormaa Ahenkro Presbyterian Hospital, Rev Dr. Isaac Appiah, has called upon the public to promptly report any staff member exhibiting disrespectful behavior towards patients, their relatives, or visitors to the facility. Such reports should be made to the authorities to ensure swift disciplinary measures are enacted against the offenders.
The general manager asserts that management is poised to instill and elevate discipline among employees within Presbyterian institutions. Consequently, it is crucial to promptly report any misconduct to management for immediate rectification to bolster discipline. He emphasizes that, while he can confidently vouch for 90 percent of his staff, being human institutions, there will inevitably be individuals who may contravene the facility’s rules. Therefore, such individuals must be addressed appropriately to maintain the institution’s integrity.
Rev. Dr. Isaac Appiah, in his New Year message, conveyed heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the Paramount Chief of the Dormaa Traditional Council, Osagyefo Oseadeayo Dr. Agyemang Badu II, as well as to the queen mother and the elders, for their invaluable support in advancing the hospital and ensuring the well-being of its staff. He extended his thanks to the residents of Dormaa Ahenkro, both abroad and local, for their generous contributions in cash and kind towards the hospital’s growth.
He also expressed profound gratitude to the healthcare professionals for their unwavering dedication to health care delivery, which has led to some of them contracting diseases of their patients’ and he offered prayers for their swift recovery.
He ultimately urged the residents of Dormaa Ahenkro to extend kindness towards the hospital staff and refrain from intimidating them with legal actions, as over sixty Percent of the employees hail from Dormaa, underscoring the facility’s substantial contribution to the community through job creation and other opportunities.
He quoted 3rd John 1:2 as his prayerful wish for everyone as we enter 2025, seeking God’s divine protection over our bodies and souls.
