The Accra Regional Police Command has officially declared Wisdom Tetteh a suspect and wanted in connection with the disappearance of Theophilus Ashitey Amarh.
In a statement released on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, the police appealed to the public for assistance in locating and apprehending the suspect. The announcement comes after ongoing investigations revealed that Amarh was last seen at his residence, where suspected bloodstains were found, suggesting possible foul play.
Police intelligence further indicates that the suspect may have fled to neighboring Togo.
Authorities have urged anyone with information about the suspect’s whereabouts to contact the nearest police station or call the emergency police numbers. The Command assured the public that all efforts are being made to apprehend Tetteh and ensure justice for the missing person.
