One person has died, while 10 others have sustained injuries following a road accident involving two Hyundai H100 passenger vehicles on the Adukrom–Somanya Highway.
The accident involved two vehicles which collided along the highway, leaving several passengers injured.
Emergency responders were called to the scene, where the injured persons were rescued and transported for medical attention.
Authorities are expected to investigate the cause of the crash as concerns over road safety continue to grow.
Motorists have once again been urged to exercise caution and observe road traffic regulations to prevent avoidable accidents.
