Renowned broadcaster Captain Smart has revealed that his decision to venture into his current path was not accidental, but a carefully planned journey backed by a personal vision.
According to him, he had already created an account and mapped out his plans before embarking on what he is doing today. He explained that after historical figures such as former Presidents Jerry John Rawlings and John Evans Atta Mills, as well as Ghana’s first President Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, had confirmed aspects of his vision, his grandfather also gave his approval.
Captain Smart said he later approached Hon. Gyan to share his intentions, but instead of discussing how he could contribute to the development of Gomoa West, he was questioned about whether he was a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
He also addressed calls for the resignation of the 4PM administration, insisting that the group had done nothing wrong to warrant such demands.
“What has 4PM done that people claim it has destroyed?” he questioned, stressing that accusations against the administration must be based on facts.
Captain Smart further appealed to the public to stop attacking Hon. Gyan over claims that he rejected him by tapping him on the shoulder. He explained that the gesture was simply a diplomatic form of greeting and urged people not to misinterpret it.
He called for a better understanding of diplomatic expressions and encouraged citizens to focus on issues rather than personal attacks.
