The Awutu senya east municipal Assembly has vowed to wage war against nation wreckers who have resorted to damaging and stealing streetlights bulbs and cables in Kasoa.
There has been a growing concerns of stealing of street light bulbs especially around the Kasoa central business district. The municipal chief executive officer of the Assembly,Hon Seth Serwornu Banini speaking to pressmen after a community engagement in the American town electoral area, has cautioned people behind this outrageous act to stop or when caught will face full rigorous of the law.
He hinted that , assembly Taskforce together with the Police service are in watch to fish out the culprits.
“The assembly will not be making progress in terms of mounting of street lights if this barbaric act persist.” he added.
The Assembly member for the American town electoral area, Hon Shadrach Boakye Yiadom in the same spirit has urged the public to be good citizens and help the assembly to fish out people behind Street light thefts in Kasoa.
