Mr. Leslie Mensah Tamakloe has made a generous donation of GHC 205,000 to support the ongoing voter registration exercise in the Volta Region. The donation aims to bolster the Voter Registration Drive activities in the respective constituencies.
According to the announcement, each of the 18 constituencies in the Volta Region will receive GHC 10,000, except for Hohoe, which will benefit from GHC 15,000 due to its orphan state. Additionally, the Regional Executives will receive a whopping GHC 20,000 to enable them to effectively monitor the registration process.
The cheque was delivered to the Volta regional chairman and his secretary at the party’s regional secretariat , signifying the importance and sincerity of the contribution.
This significant donation from Mr. Leslie Mensah Tamakloe will undoubtedly provide essential financial support to facilitate the smooth running of the voter registration exercise in the Volta Region.
