A 23-year-old man has been confirmed dead, with six others critically injured, in multiple accidents on Easter Monday evening.
The incidents occurred along the stretch leading to Gomoa Fetteh Beach in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region.
The deceased, riding a motorcycle, collided with a Urvan Trotro (registration GN 4754-19) in front of Hope Village Hospital.
The other victims crashed at different points along the same road while heading to the beach.

One rider died instantly, while six passengers in the Trotro sustained critical injuries.
Police arrived promptly at the scene.
The deceased’s body has been deposited at the mortuary for autopsy and preservation, and the injured are receiving treatment at the hospital.
