The star of CHELSEA, Wesley Fofana, has been the focus of abhorrent racist remarks since he criticized teammate Enzo Fernandez on social media.

The defender took offense when, after Argentina’s Copa America victory, players began chanting an offensive song about the French national team.

Racist taunts have been directed at Wesley Fofana for his criticism of Chelsea teammate Enzo Fernandez.

Fernandez captured the Argentina national team yelling a depraved song after the players from France.

The scandalous moments were captured on camera by Chelsea’s £105 million midfield player Fernandez as he was aboard Argentina’s bus, causing a significant outcry.

The £75 million center back Fofana took to social media to call his teammate’s actions “uninhibited racism.”

But some fans humiliated the former France international with vile racist taunts.

Fofana turned down the comments area as a result.

But some nasty trolls continued to make hateful comments on some of his earlier posts.

While their Argentinean counterparts face legal action threats from the French Football Federation.

Since then, Fernandez has issued a grovelling apology.

However, a major gap is apparently developing at Stamford Bridge as a result of Fernandez’s actions, particularly with the Blues’ sizable French fanbase.

It’s also said that celebrities like Christopher Nkunku and Axel Disasi have unfollowed Fernandez on social media.

Additionally, when he adjusts to his new methods this summer, Enzo Maresca, the new manager of the Blues, will need to put just as much effort into fostering harmony within the team.

Following the release of yesterday’s contentious footage, Chelsea has now decided to look into Fernandez.

“Chelsea Football Club finds all forms of discriminatory behaviour completely unacceptable,” the club said in a statement.

“We take great pride in being an open, varied group that welcomes members of all communities, ethnicities, and cultures.

“We value and accept our player’s public apologies, and we will take this as a teaching moment.

“The Club has instigated an internal disciplinary procedure.”

Since then, Fernandez has expressed regret, saying, “I want to sincerely apologize for a video that was posted on my Instagram channel during the celebrations for the national team.”

“There is no justification whatsoever for the extremely unpleasant language used in this song.

I apologize for getting sucked into the excitement of our Copa America celebrations and declare my opposition to discrimination in all its manifestations.

“Those words, those moments, and that film don’t represent my values or my personality. I sincerely apologize.
