Six months after Myhailo Mduryk’s £88 million arrival, CHELSEA reportedly turned down transfer offers for the player in the summer.
The winger failed to score in 17 games after joining the team in January, and he had a difficult time settling in.

According to Fabrizio Romano, clubs enquired about his availability after he was unable to secure a regular starting position.
However, the transfer expert asserts that Chelsea never gave the Ukrainian’s departure any thought.
This is due to the club’s desire to shield and assist Mudryk during a trying time, which was shared by the board and the management.
Romano goes on to say that Chelsea fully believes Mudryk can fulfill his potential, which is why they spent such a large transfer fee on him earlier in the year.
It is believed that Mudryk is now settled in London, and it seems the club’s confidence in him is starting to pay off.
The 22-year-old scored the team’s first goal earlier this month in a 2-0 victory over Fulham.
He scored a goal against Arsenal the following weekend, however it required a lot of luck.
Mauricio Pochettino, the Chelsea manager, cautioned Mudryk that he still needs to get better because he thinks the former Shakhtar Donetsk player has more to give.
Pochettino stated of his Arsenal efforts: “I think he played good, but he needs to get better. He still isn’t at his best in my opinion.
“With Jackson in front, I believe we needed to adjust in order to apply a little bit more pressure.
“In that situation, we created a few chances and the game was closer to 3-0 than 2-1.”
