The Ghana Health Service has announced that it has started vaccinating Ghanaians to help fight COVID-19.
Dubbed the 10th National COVID-19 Vaccination Campaign, the campaign started on Sunday, May 5, and is expected to end on May 9, 2024.
Teams are expected to be moving to communities and visiting homes to get eligible people vaccinated.
The exercise according to the Ghana Health Service was necessitated after COVID-19 was detected in some 31 people across the country.
The Ghana Health Service says some Ghanaians have not been vaccinated while others have also not taken the full dose of the vaccines.
