The vice presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof. Jane Naana  Opoku-Agyemang, says the next Mahama administration would complete all abandoned  Community Day Senior High Schools.

Addressing NDC supporters at Aboso in the Prestea Huni-Valley Constituency in the Western  Region, where one of the Community Day schools had been abandoned, Prof. Opoku Agyemang expressed concern that the school in the area has been abandoned by the  government.

She said as Education for Minister under the Mahama administration, she championed the  Community Day Senior High School project to bring education closer to the people, especially  those in deprived communities.

“It is therefore very worrying that the NPP government has abandoned some of the school  projects, denying students from those communities the opportunity to use”, she said.
