Prioritize eternal life over worldly possessions which may subject our souls to everlasting suffering – Christians advised
This year, the OSSA-MADIH Church has embarked upon its annual program, dedicated to spreading the divine word and promoting the teachings of unity and tolerance among Christian brethren. This initiative aims to enhance the congregation’s prospects of experiencing the paradisiacal promise made by Jesus Christ to all souls.
The program, titled SELAM AFƆREBƆ, focuses on forging a profound connection between church members and their Creator.
Delivering the keynote address to culminate the program on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at Aboabo No. 2 in the Dormaa Central Municipality, the General Overseer of the OSSA-MADIH Church, Archbishop Ahassala De Amen IV, exhorted Christians to prioritize eternal life over worldly possessions, which may subject their souls to perpetual suffering.
He emphasized the reality of Heaven and Hell, urging Christians to be circumspect in their actions, ensuring that all they do aligns with the will of God, thus safeguarding their souls from damnation after judgment. He implored the members of the OSSA-MADIH Church, and Christian believers worldwide, to heed and practice the teachings imparted by their church leaders, in preparation for the much-anticipated Heaven.
He exhorted the devout to remain steadfast in their faith, urging them not to let present hardships divert them from the divine path. They must trust in the providence and timing of the Almighty, assured that what is rightfully theirs will be bestowed upon them in due course.
Unveiling his visions of the spiritual realms, he revealed how the heavens stand prepared for the judgment of all souls on the Day of Judgment, as foretold by the Holy Bible.
He emphasized that he witnessed fewer individuals following the angel from heaven, while the majority were led by Satan to the unquenchable fire, described as hell. He admonished Christians to remain vigilant in all their actions, ensuring they align with God’s will, to avoid the eternal fire destined for evildoers and sinners.
