CharterHouse, organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards have announced the nominees for this year’s Unsung Artiste category.
The announcement was made on Friday, March 17 on Showbiz 360 with Giovanni Caleb on TV3.
The Unsung category gives room for new artists to be seen, the winner of this category will be allowed to perform live at the award night ceremony.
Ni Ashun, Aya Ramzy B, DSL, TSA QA, Maya Blu and Boi Jake will be competing for the ultimate title as Unsung Artiste of the year.

The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards nominees announcement began on the morning of Saturday March 18 on TV3 and Youtube and will continue throughout the course of the day with new categories announced.
Fiinal announcement for highly competitive 5 Categories; Best New Artiste, Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Vodafone Most Popular Song of the Year, and Artiste of the Year will be made at 9:00 pm.
In January 2023, organizers announced the call for entries for the 24th VGMA in a press release; highlighting that it would only accept works published from January to December 2022.
The 24th VGMAs is slated for Saturday, May 13 at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
