Nominees for this year’s Awards announced:
Nominees for the 2nd edition of the Awutu-Senya Awards have been unveiled.
The Nominees were revealed at the event organisers’ office in Bawjiase last two weeks.
The nominees include 30 categories with over 100 personnelities securing nomination.
Voting for the various categories began on October 1st,2024.
The 2nd edition of the Awards will be held on the 30th November,2024, at Adinkrah City Bawjiase Central Region.
The Award is a prestigious annual event dedicated to celebrating and honouring exceptional Ghanaian youth in the constituency who embody the qualities of entrepreneurship,leadership,social responsibility, and national development.
Since its inception,the Awards have been a beacon for recognising the remarkable achievements and contributions of young Ghanaians who are making significant impact in their communities and nation at large.
Meanwhile, Renowned broadcast journalist Emmanuel Austin Baah has been nominated for the youth personality of the year category. He happens to be the reigning Youth Journalist of the Year in the first edition of the Awards night. The experienced journalist who had become a voice for the voiceless was nominated for the coveted Youth Personality of the Year award.
Emmanuel Austin Baah who is the current Executive Producer of the current affairs show which is gradually becoming one of the hottest morning shows in Ghana, called Ghana wonsum on Ideal fm from Monday-Friday because of his influence and leadership.
Emmanuel Austin Baah, who is currently pursuing a higher education at the Cape Coast Technical University, has really made some significant impacts on the lives of the youth in the constituency.
His media journey started from Radio Peace, Ghanaian Times, Catholic standard, Radio Gold,Montie fm, TV Gold, and currently with Ideal fm 96.7.
