Let’s build a cooperative and united environment to enhance peaceful coexistence – Education Director

The Dormaa Central Municipal Director of Education, Rev. Fr. Kingsley Dwamena Asante has called for a cooperative effort between leaders and their subordinates at workplaces, stakeholders, individuals,o opinion Leaders and Nananom to facilitate peaceful coexistence at workplaces to ensure the growth of institutions and communities at large.

Speaking at the retirement send-off ceremony of Mr. Michael Ignatius Anaise, the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Municipal Education Directorate, Rev. Fr. Kingsley Dwamena Asante indicated that some people when given leadership roles always show malicious ill will and the desire to hurt others which is motivated by spite, a character he said will add nothing to our progress but rather breed hatred and wickedness hence the need to embrace togetherness and unity to fastrack growth and development of our institutions and communities.

Rev. Fr. Kingsley Dwamena Asante admired the outgoing PRO for his dedication and commitment towards work expressing that he has left a huge vacuum and challenge for the next person to fill his position because he worked extremely well to ensure the progress of the education directorate.

On his part, Mr. Armstrong Asante, the Bono Regional Chairman of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) who doubles as the Headteacher for Wamanafo Senior High/Technical School prayed for Mr. Micheal Ignatius Anaise for a long and healthy life as he journeys in his retirement and also congratulated him for his great contributions towards the success of education in Dormaa Central, Bono Region and Ghana at large

The outgoing PRO, Mr. Michael Ignatius Anaise counted a lot of life challenges he has encountered and how God has been his savior till now stressing that life is not as smooth as we see it hence we must learn to embrace the storm and pray for God’s favour upon our lives.
