Lilwin Reflects on Accident and Public Reaction

Actor Kwadwo Nkansah, known as Lilwin, has shared his dismay over the treatment he received following his accident, which tragically resulted in the death of a 3-year-old child.

Speaking on the Believers Morning show, Lilwin expressed surprise at the lack of sympathy he received. Instead of offering support during his pain and the trauma experienced by the child’s family, he felt that Ghanaians criticized him harshly.

“When I watch accidents on TV, I feel for the victims. But when I had my accident, no one sympathized with me. They dragged me and called for my punishment,” Lilwin said.

He questioned why God had brought him to Ghana, feeling that people should have empathized rather than condemned him. He described his post-accident experience as resembling a movie, where he felt the public reaction was more about spectacle than genuine concern.

“I believe some people are not happy that I survived,” Lilwin reflected, suggesting that rather than seeking forgiveness and reconciliation, some were exacerbating the situation.
