The systematic attempts to sabotage Captain Smart’s bid for the upcoming NDC primaries in Gomoa West are getting out of hand, but every single plot continues to fail miserably. They know that in a fair contest, he will easily defeat the underperforming incumbent MP and Deputy Energy Minister—a representative whose crowning achievement seems to be distributing street bulbs to churches. Unsurprisingly, that cheap tactic isn’t working, and it never will.
First, they tried to peddle a baseless propaganda campaign claiming Captain Smart isn’t a genuine NDC member. That backfired instantly the moment he produced his official party card, leaving them thoroughly embarrassed and confused 🤦♂️.
When that failed, they held a diabolical secret meeting and decided to petition the party’s national headquarters. They drafted a frivolous letter, tucked it under their armpits for weeks, and resorted to bribing select coordinators with cash just to secure a few signatures 💸. To top it off, they fueled the official district pickup truck using our Common Fund and drove all the way to Accra only to be told by party leadership to present concrete evidence for their wild claims. Unable to prove a single accusation, their case collapsed into an utter disgrace 😂.
Next, they resorted to proxy attacks, orchestrating for a local minion to cause public scenes whenever both camps met. He attempted to disrupt major community events, including the Nduem and Gomoa Ayanful festival durbars, but nobody gave him the attention he desperately craved. Disgraced and ignored, he faded into the background
Their hostility only escalated from there. The MP and his inner circle launched targeted media attacks, but our sharp and vigilant team dodged every single trap. The MP even nearly assaulted Captain Smart physically at Gomoa Techiman when Captain extended a civil, diplomatic greeting. Yet again, our camp maintained absolute maturity and refused to take the bait. Desperate for a clash, they even started hiring drivers to dangerously cross our vehicles on the road, with the recent incident at Ankamu being clear evidence of their reckless desperation .
While they waste time plotting mischief, they should be accounting for how our over 100 billion old currency Common Fund is being utilized.
Meanwhile, Captain Smart’s record speaks for itself through tangible development across Gomoa West
Building clinics across the constituency
Constructing dedicated quarters for teachers and nurses
Building modern schools
Securing a DVLA office for the district
Sponsoring local youth to CHAFAS to master heavy-duty machine operation
The upcoming primaries will be decided strictly on monumental, life-changing projects, not on superficial festival donations funded by the Common Fund.
Word on the street is that some of those donation cheques are even bouncing! As3m aba Truth and development will always prevail over cheap tactics.
