Ghanaian attacker Samuel Owusu marked his first goal for OFK Beograd in their thrilling 3-2 victory over FK Partizan Belgrade in the Serbian Super Liga.

The match, held at the Stadion Omladinski, saw OFK continue their impressive league form.

The visitors struck first, with Aleksandar Filipovic giving Partizan the lead in the 15th minute.

However, Owusu responded brilliantly just three minutes later, levelling the score for the home side.

His quick reaction provided a much-needed boost for OFK.

Former Ghana U20 captain Zubairu Ibrahim restored Partizan’s lead in the 40th minute, but OFK fought back with two second-half goals.

Aleksandar Palocevic and Filip Stojilkovic found the net late in the game, securing a well-deserved victory for the hosts.

The win lifted OFK to third place in the standings, with 16 points after eight matches.

Ghana international duo Ebenezer Annan and Edmund Addo featured for OFK with both of them lasting the entire duration of the match.

Since joining OFK on a free transfer this summer, Owusu has made four league appearances, contributing one goal and one assist.

His performance has been crucial to the club’s recent success in the Serbian top flight.
