Ghana’s Electoral Commission has released a summary of the voter register issued to the various political parties at an IPAC meeting.
The summary provides a breakdown of the total number of voters on the biometric register, the total number of special voters, voters without biometric data, and the total number of valid voters.
Also included in the summary are the total number of voters on the exception list, the total number of voters on the multiples list, the total number of voters on the proxy list, the total number of transferred voters, and the total number of absent voters.
In all, the total number of voters on the biometric register are 18, 640,811.
Special voters, including security personnel, are 131, 478.
