It has been claimed that Jhon Duran of Aston Villa is a target for CHELSEA.

Todd Boehly has made the 20-year-old striker his surprise target ahead of next week’s deadline.

Jhon Duran, a striker for Aston Villa, could surprise everyone by joining Chelsea.

With Nicolas Jackson and Armando Broja finding it difficult to play consistently, Chelsea is searching for a hitman.

Karim Benzema, who left Al-Ittihad disgruntled, could be available on loan.

However, the Telegraph asserts that because of his youth and lower pay, Duran is a more feasible target.

The six-time Colombian international just made the £18 million transition from Chicago Fire to Villa a year ago.

Since then, Duran has made 35 appearances, scoring four goals, the majority of which have come from substitutions.

However, the child is looking to go as he wants more consistent possibilities.

West Ham is rumored to have previously rejected Villa’s loan offer.

And if they succeed in landing Middlesbrough’s Morgan Rogers, they might be willing to work with Chelsea.

However, Duran’s prospective transfer to Stamford Bridge might depend on outgoings.

The striker Broja of Albania is for sale, with a high £50 million asking price.

Conor Gallagher and Trevoh Chalobah, two other academy players, may possibly be the subject of offers to Chelsea.

In fact, before the transfer window closes, there is expected to be a “flurry of activity” in west London.

And when Chelsea plays Villa on Friday night in the FA Cup fourth round, they might get a close-up look at Duran in action.
