Controversial Ghanaian musician and activist, Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A Plus, has stated that all of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s appointees should leave office together when his term ends.

According to A Plus, this includes Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, who is considered a key contender for the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) flagbearership in the 2024 elections.

A Plus, who has been critical of the current government, believes that the NPP should field Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, as their flagbearer if they want a chance at winning against the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the upcoming elections.
