One person has died, while eight others have sustained injuries following a head-on collision involving a water tanker and a Toyota Voxy on the Kasoa–Winneba Highway.
The accident occurred at Tipper Junction along the Kasoa–Winneba Road, leaving the victims with varying degrees of injuries.
According to reports, the Toyota Voxy and the water tanker collided head-on, resulting in the death of one person and injuries to eight others.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene and assisted in rescuing the victims, who were later transported for medical attention.
Authorities are expected to investigate the cause of the crash, as concerns over road safety continue to rise along the Kasoa–Winneba corridor.
