The Minority Leader in Parliament, Alexander Afenyo-Markin, has called on members and supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to pray for the party as it works to overcome its current challenges.
Speaking to party faithful, Mr Afenyo-Markin said the NPP needs unity, reflection, and divine guidance to strengthen its structures and prepare for the future.
He urged members to remain committed to the party’s values while acknowledging the difficulties confronting the NPP following its recent political setbacks.
The Effutu Member of Parliament stressed the importance of togetherness among party members, cautioning against internal divisions that could affect the party’s progress.
His comments come amid ongoing discussions within the NPP about rebuilding strategies, leadership, and the way forward ahead of future elections.
Mr Afenyo-Markin encouraged party supporters to stay hopeful and continue working towards restoring confidence in the party.
