Beast Of No Nation star, Strika has visited his biological family in Accra for the first time in many years after he left home.
In a YouTube video documented by fellow actor and member of Dr. Likee’s crew, Gunshot, Strika’s family happily welcomed him and expressed their excitement to see him.
The actor’s family were overjoyed to see him and embraced him praying for success in all his endeavours.
The popular Ghanaian actor rose to fame for his role in the Netflix movie, Beast Of No Nation but life turned its icy hands on him and he experienced his own share of problems.
He was reported to have struggled with homelessness and drug addiction after the success of Beast Of No Nation.
In November last year, popular Ghanaian skit maker, Dr. Likee took a significant step to assist Strika who was then battling with life’s challenges.
Since joining Dr. Likee’s team, Strika has had his life turned around and has now begun featuring in movies and contents from Dr. Likee.
Strika was visibly moved by the affection and gratitude he received from his family and thanked them for their support and encouragement.
Ghanaians have reacted to the video shared on YouTube expressing gratitude to Dr. Likee and his crew for their generous act.
“Thank you Jesus Christ, we are all seeing this because Jesus Christ touched his heart to help striker. Gunshot may God help you so your soul don’t get lost in the mist of you helping others,” Jennifer Ama said.
“Official, May God bless you and glory be to the almighty Allah,” another person said.
“Well done gunshot that’s a good step to take. One love,” another stated.
