Ghana coach, Otto Addo says his players look sharp and are in good condition for their game against Angola.

The Black Stars will be hosted at the Estádio 11 de Novembro in the Matchday five games of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers later today with kick-off scheduled at 19:00 GMT.

Otto Addo and his players are in search of their first win of the qualifiers after a poor start.

Speaking ahead of the game, the former Borussia Dortmund talent coach assured that the players are ready for the game.

“Yeah, the boys look sharp and in really good condition,” the 45-year-old told the Ghana FA website.

“It’s a good atmosphere. We know about the importance of this match. For me, the boys look ready and sharp and like I said, it’s been a good atmosphere,” he added.

Ghana now sit 4th in Group F with just two points after four games. However, the Black Stars have been handed a lifeline following Niger’s 4-0 win against Sudan on Thursday.

Otto Addo and his boys must now win against Angola and Niger and hope Sudan lose against Angola to be able to qualify.
