Twelve people have died in a tragic accident at Akomandan, while two others are receiving treatment at the emergency unit of Nkenkaasu Government Hospital.
Authorities have confirmed that the deceased victims have been deposited at the hospital morgue.
The fiery collision, which occurred on Tuesday, May 26, involved a commercial passenger vehicle and a cargo truck with registration number GT-9771-25.
The public has been urged to visit Nkenkaasu Government Hospital to assist in identifying relatives and loved ones affected by the accident.
The cause of the crash has not yet been disclosed.
