🚨 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: 𝗚𝗘𝗦 𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗛𝗦 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗦

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has banned Koforidua SHTS (SecTech), New Juaben SHS (NJUASCO), and New Nsutam SHTS (NSUTEC) from all sports and related activities for two years.

This follows acts of hooliganism during the Regional Super Zonal Sports Competition, which breached the GES Code of Conduct and Schools & Colleges Sports Association regulations.

The ban takes immediate effect and prevents the schools from:
– Participating in or organising sports
– Attending quizzes, debates, cadet, and entertainment events
at school, zonal, and regional levels.

Each school has also been fined GH¢500 and may pay additional costs for damages or injuries after investigations.
