A team from the Upper East Regional command honoured an invitation to witness a career day event at the Sacred Heart International School. The event had some of the children dressed in the Fire Service uniform.
The team, led by STNO I Karbo, used the opportunity to educate the pupils on the significance of the fire service and the various roles we play in the community.
Other topics discussed include fire safety at home and school and the emergency contact numbers.
The school authorities were glad to have the officers and thanked them for gracing the occasion to impart fire safety knowledge.
