MARSEILLE are reportedly nearing a deal to recruit Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg from Tottenham.
It follows this week’s completion of the French team’s £27 million acquisition of Mason Greenwood.

After Roberto De Zerbi was fired at Brighton, Marseille also hired him as manager, and they plan to carry out their Premier League invasion.
The 28-year-old Hojbjerg is glad to be leaving Spurs this summer after falling out of favor under Ange Postecoglou.
Furthermore, according to Fabrizio Romano, Marseille’s proposal of £12 million for the midfield player has been accepted.
After chatting with De Zerbi, Hojbjerg is apparently pleased to be switching.
Eddie Nketiah of Arsenal, a player who has recently been his adversary, may also join him in the south of France.
Romano claims that although Marseille has started negotiations to recruit the striker, an agreement is still far off.
In order to make room for new attacking reinforcements, the Gunners reluctantly agreed to trade the Hale End graduate, as SunSport exclusively reported in June.
Despite having trouble getting playing time at the Emirates the previous season, Nketiah garnered attention from several Premier League teams, including Fulham.
If Arsenal does choose to sell, Nketiah’s departure will probably require a payment of £30 million.
Additionally, Nketiah—who earned his first England cap—is reportedly amenable to moving if it means getting more playing time.
