Being managed by your partner is the best decision as a female artiste- Celestine Donkor

Gospel Artiste, Celestine Donkor is of the view that it is best to have your partner as your manager if you are an artiste.

She believes that it helps clear doubts and also ensures a peaceful relationship/marriage because your partner is with you every step of the way.

Celestine Donkor who was speaking to Giovani Caleb in an interview on TV3 said sometimes she has to be on the road for several months but since her husband is with her, she has nothing to worry about.

“I think from my experience, it is the best thing to happen to a female artiste. First of all you need to know whether your partner is interested and then if there is an interest then it is good. What you have to do is seek information in order to build the craft.

My husband was a businessman before he became an artiste manager full-time. We started from scratch. It can be very very complicated. We can be on the road for a month so which husband will be home and you will be on the road for that long? It is really difficult if you’re not on the field with your husband,” she said.

Celestine Donkor indicated that she has been married for nineteen years and has since been working with her husband as her manager.
