As I stepped onto the premises of Nyaniba Health College, I felt a hint of excitement mixed with nervousness. I had never visited a health college before and I was curious to see what it would be like. The college was buzzing with activity as students in their white lab coats scurried about, carrying books and various equipment.
I was greeted warmly by the staff at the front desk and given a quick tour around the college. The classrooms were filled with students who were engrossed in their lectures while others were busy conducting experiments in the lab. The atmosphere was electric with a sense of purpose and urgency.
As a non-student, I was not allowed to enter the lab or attend any lectures, but I was given permission to observe the students from a distance. It was incredible to see how dedicated the students were to their craft. They asked insightful questions and seemed eager to learn as much as possible.
The highlight of my visit was attending a health fair that was taking place on the college grounds. The fair was organized by the students themselves, and it was an opportunity for them to showcase their knowledge on various aspects of health and wellness. The students had set up stalls where they were offering free health screenings, informational brochures, and even healthy snacks.
I watched as students interacted with visitors, answering questions and providing guidance on healthy lifestyle choices. It was a sight to behold, seeing these young minds so passionate about health and wellness.
Overall, my first experience at Nyaniba Health College was a memorable one. Even as a non-student, I felt welcomed and included, and I left with a newfound appreciation for the hard work and dedication that goes into pursuing a career in the health industry. And aside equipping them for the Health industry, their spiritual growth is also one of the key factor I noticed their ; Nyaniba Kasoa Revival hosted by Abeiku Okai ,that takes place every Thursday evening and Sundays as well.
I recommend NYANiba Health College to everyone who has the desire of becoming professional Health Personnel in the future.
Thank you 🙏
