The NDC Chairman in the Tano South constituency of the Ahafo region, Mr. Sulley Malik has stated that their preferred presidential candidate hopeful and the Former President of Ghana, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama has not won elections in the Tano South constituency since the inception of the constituency.
The NDC has over the years suffered defeat in two consecutive general elections in both the presidential and parliamentary seats, speaking to the constituency Chairman, Mr. Sulley Malik in an interview on Bechem Based High Radio he stated that it is the greatest responsibility of the party executives and followers highly project John Mahama to help him win the Tano south presidential elections for the first time.
Mr. Sulley Malik said the constituency over the years has voted “Skirt and Blouse” and so it is time for the NDC executives and followers to preach the Gospel about John Mahama to the people of Tano South to secure their first-ever presidential victory in the 2024 general elections.
