BREAKING NEWS: 19-YEAR-OLD ARRESTED AFTER ALLEGEDLY RAPING AND KILLING 11-YEAR-OLD GIRL AT BUDUMBURAM.
A 19-year-old man has been arrested by the Gomoa Buduburam Divisional Police Command for allegedly raping and killing an 11-year-old girl at Buduburam in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region.
Information gathered indicates that the suspect allegedly lured the girl into his room, where he sexually assaulted her. He is further alleged to have moved her body from the room and dumped it beside an uncompleted building.
The Buduburam Divisional Police Command is currently at the scene as investigations begin. The body is expected to be conveyed to the Police Hospital for further examination.
An eyewitness Bernard Mensah narrated how the suspect was arrested and locate where he has dumped the little girl.
Assemblyman for Budumburam Electoral Area, Hon. Emmanuel Dogbe confirmed the incident and described it as unfortunate.
He said the suspect has been arrested and wants the police to conduct an indepth investigation into the incident.
