Drivers and residents of Amanfro to fix their road and drainage system .
The poor nature of the road has rendered students , and workers going about their daily duties stranded since commercial transport operators are equally in a protest calling on government to fix the road.
Speaking in an interview with BKB ,some of the drivers recounted that they initially wanted to increase lorry fare from 6 to 10 cedis considering the nature of the road but passengers have threatened to sue them hence the protest and sit down strike.
Station master , also added his voice and indicated the state of the road is causing a lot of damages hence the fare Increment but passengers have refused to pay.he then called on government to either fix the road or passengers accept the new fare ,other than that they are not moving their cars .
