Bills MicroCredit Reaffirms Commitment as Key Sponsor of 2025 Okintin klan Homowo Health Walk
In a spirited reaffirmation of community solidarity and cultural pride, Bills MicroCredit has once again thrown its weight behind the 2025 GAN Mashie Homowo Health Walk, demonstrating that its commitment to social impact transcends financial services.
Speaking at the official Donation, CEO of Bills MicroCredit, Romeo Rich Love Seshie, expressed profound enthusiasm for this year’s event, underscoring the company’s enduring dedication to youth empowerment, cultural preservation, and communal well-being.
Reflecting on last year’s vibrant celebration, he noted, “It feels like only yesterday we laced up our shoes and joined hands in a walk that was more than exercise, it was a testament to who we are. So when my team informed me we’d been invited again, I asked only one question: when are we walking?”
He emphasized that for Bills MicroCredit, participation in the Humewalk goes beyond corporate social responsibility. “It is not merely a fitness activity. It is a symbolic act, honouring our heritage, our resilience, and the spirit of community that defines us.”
He paid tribute to the company’s late founder, Mr. Richard Nii Amakwe, whose humble beginnings, disciplined work ethic, and community centric philosophy continue to shape the organisation’s values. “He never believed in shortcuts,” Seshie affirmed. “He believed in hard work, in consistency, and in building something genuinely exceptional from the ground up.”
As part of its sponsorship, Bills MicroCredit will provide 5,000 branded t-shirts, bottled water, sachet water, assorted soft drinks, and a comprehensive financial contribution covering logistics, totalling an estimated GHS 250,000.
“This isn’t just philanthropy,” he declared. “It is a declaration that we walk the walk and talk the talk. We are proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with Team Ukiti Clan, preserving traditions and inspiring the next generation.”
Meanwhile the Klan Wolumo Nuumo Nikoi Amasah II expressed deep sincere gratitude to the management of Bills Microcredit for their endless support and called out to the youth to join the remarkable health Walk.
