Bawumia invited to debate on the economy in Parliament

Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has recently called on flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to debate him on the economy.

The NDC, through its chairman, has said that their flagbearer has been advised not to partake in any debate leading to the 2024 elections.

However, the leadership of the minority in Parliament has therefore invited the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party to Parliament to allow him to debate in Parliament.

They cite their parliamentary rules, which allow the Vice President to debate in Parliament.

The Minority says they have assembled a crack team of seven debators to debate the Vice President on the current state of the economy.
