Running mate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mathew Opoku Prempeh, has asked Members of Parliament on the majority side to close their ranks.

He believes that working together and closing their ranks will be a bold contributory step towards winning the 2024 election.

He made this known when he met with the leadership of the Majority in Parliament, Thursday July 15, 2024.

His post after the meeting read “Exciting engagements this morning with the NPP parliamentary caucus alongside party Chairman Stephen Ntim and leadership!

As we gear up for the 2024 General Elections, it was truly fruitful to connect with my esteemed colleagues to rally support for our vision of building a better Ghana.

I urged all MPs to come together, close our ranks, and unite in a shared commitment towards securing victory for our party.

Together, we can pave the way for the innovative solutions and bold strategies of our Presidential candidate, Dr. Bawumia to uplift Ghana to new heights. 🇬🇭

I later joined colleagues in the parliamentary chamber to attend to some urgent parliamentary duties”.
