Public workers across Ghana have been asked to stay away from work effective Monday, July 15, 2024.

This strike action will persist until SSNIT terminates its decision to sell 60% shares of four of its hotels to Rock City.

Organized Labor made this known in its press release on Friday, July 12.

It could be remembered that the Employment Minister, while addressing Parliament, indicated that the National Pensions Regulatory Authority had sanctioned the sale of SSNIT shares to Rock City.

This was after the same NPRA halted the sale pending an investigation into the matter.
