The Rt Hon Speaker Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin has donated pews to the St. Dominic Catholic Church at Sombo in the Nadowli-Kaleo District of the Upper West Region.
The Speaker who is a Catholic by Christian denomination expressed found memories growing up in the community and how the Catholic Church has moulded his life.
He therefore sees the donation of the pews as a way of giving back to the Church and towards the service of God Almighty.
He encouraged Christians to remain steadfast to their Christ-like doctrines and practices.
