An NPP stalwart in the Dormaa East Constituency of the Bono Region, Professor Kwabena Sarfo Sarfo-Kantankah, Dean, Faculty of Arts, University of Cape Coast has said that NPP is the better managers of the country’s economy with adequate governance policies that facilitate the development and growth of the country.
Speaking to newsmen during the Acclamation of the Dormaa East Member of Parliament, Hon. Paul Apraku Twum Barimah, Professor Kwabena Sarfo Sarfo-Kantankah explained that we have experienced the governance of both NPP and NDC over the years and so comparing the output of the two political parties, NPP is known to have performed better with acceptable policies and ideologies geared towards the development of the country than the NDC.
He said the foundation being laid by the predecessors of the New Patriotic Party always qualifies Dr. Bawumia as the right candidate to lead the country to facilitate development and better growth for the people hence Ghanaians must vote massively for Dr. Bawumia to ensure the breaking the 8 agenda of the NPP.
He stressed that NPP is the only party that is always struck with disaster in their administration which always affects the smooth governance of the country by the leaders at stake but with better policies and timely interventions, these disasters are always managed which he said would have broken down the country if it had happened under NDC’s regime.
He cited Covid 19 and the Russia-Ukraine war as some of the disasters that had happened in this administration of President Akufo Addo and Bawumia which for Good governance and better policies were managed.
He further entreated the people of Dormaa East Constituency to vote for the NPP in both presidential and parliamentary elections denoting that every president needs more parliamentarians on his side before he can smoothly govern the country and so voting for Dr. Bawumia to break the 8 must go with voting all NPP parliamentarians to parliament to help push the agenda of the party for a successful tenure of office for Dr. Bawumia.
